Who is responsible
This website, neopdm.com, is run by Mind Heart Eye AB (organisation number 559142-5292), Kruthornsgränden 9, 226 38 Lund, Sweden. We are the controller for the personal data described on this page. Questions about it go to support@neopdm.com.
This page covers the website only. Data you store in the neo PDM product is covered by your customer agreement and data processing agreement with us.
What we collect and why
| What | When | Why | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name, email address, what you are interested in and your message | You send the contact form | To answer you and follow up on your enquiry | Legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f), or steps before a contract, Article 6(1)(b) |
| A spam check token and your IP address | You send the contact form | To stop automated spam | Legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) |
| Anonymous page-view statistics | You visit the site | To see which pages are useful and fix what is not | Legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) |
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and statistics
The site sets no cookies of its own. Page-view statistics come from Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify individual visitors across sites. Because nothing is stored on your device for this, there is no cookie banner.
The interactive product tour on the demo page is provided by Arcade. It only loads when you click to start it; until then no request goes to Arcade.
Who processes data for us
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Hosts the website and provides the anonymous statistics |
| Resend | Delivers contact form messages to our inbox |
| Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile) | Checks that a contact form submission comes from a person |
| Arcade Software, Inc. | Shows the interactive product tour, only after you start it |
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where personal data leaves the EU/EEA, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and delete them when they are no longer needed. If you become a customer, the correspondence becomes part of the customer relationship.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it or object to our use of it. Email support@neopdm.com and we will answer within one month.
If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se).
Changes
We update this page when the website changes how it handles personal data. The date at the top shows the latest version.
