Who builds neo
neo PDM is product data management built in Lund, Sweden, by Mind Heart Eye AB. We build one product: a cloud PDM system for hardware teams that keeps CAD files, documents, revisions, approvals and product data connected in one controlled place, hosted in the EU.
Why neo exists
Your hardware team should be able to move fast and stay compliant at the same time. In many teams the controlled path is the slow one, so files drift to shared drives, approvals happen in email, and someone collects the evidence an auditor needs by hand the week before an inspection.
Our mission is to make the compliant path the easy path. When your team raises change requests, approves them and builds release packages as part of normal work, quality and regulatory get their records along the way instead of as a separate project.

- Compliance by default. neo has validated electronic signatures, audit trails and closed-loop change control built in, designed to meet 21 CFR Part 11 requirements and to support ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 style document control.
- Fit your workflow. You configure nomenclature, part numbers, approval chains and roles around how your team already works.
- Success from day one. Our success team helps define your part numbering and migrates your existing data, so most teams are productive within a few weeks.
- Your data is yours. You can export all of your data at any time. We host it in the EU with field-level encryption.
